The Half

The size of the budget for this exhibition design was disproportionate to the time Mor Ro spent in its preparation. 1:5 scale models of Half Chair, the exhibited workpiece, were built to explain the process of design development and prototype fabrication. The miniature pieces were glued to the black wall with drawings and descriptions around them, with the life-size chair prototypes welcoming the exhibition visitors facing the black wall display. In this way they experienced the chair design both with their brains and bodies simultaneously.
