SCULPTURE
SCULPTURE
One day, a deep marine blue jumper with a stylish logo embroidered on it was donated to a woodwork class. The whole class of eighteen students found the jumper attractive. Its size was L, which didn't matter even for the smallest student in the class because she thought the shirt would be a nice gift for her boyfriend. Days and weeks have gone by with the jumper lying on the dining table in the classroom. Jante's Law in this class was working well enough to prohibit anyone from claiming the holy grail without public approval that was not assumed to be given easily.
Mor Ro decided to sort out the situation and had an idea about how to do it. He began making a wooden dice that was big enough for every classmate to see clearly when it would roll on the workshop floor. While making the dice, Mor Ro found that the rolling action of a dice highly depended on its shape around the edges. He experimented with several designs and ended up with the one below. On completion of the dice making, the whole class had a dice-rolling tournament for the jumper. One student got the prize eventually. He put the jumper on right away and walked around the workshop. Everybody else was jealous without a complaint.
